Please help us welcome to our team, Jessica Hightower, a housing grant specialist with six years of experience in economic development and grant writing. Jessica’s family has lived in Southeast Kansas for 5 generations and she has seen firsthand the growing need for accessible housing in the region. Committed to improving the lives of those living in SEK, Jessica is looking forward to working with the Southeast Kansas Regional Planning Commission to secure funding and enhance access to housing in the region.
